The bill (Reg. No. 2074a) suggests introduce a new version of article 212-1 of the Criminal Code, stipulating in its chapter one the liability for deliberate infringement of procedure for the payment, charging and calculation of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance or fee for obligatory state pension insurance, committed by a person entitled to make calculation, charging and payment of these fees if this lead to non-receipt of funds in significant amounts.
The bill also stipulates reduce fine sanctions for committing such infringement and introduce new alternative types of punishment (communal service, corrective work, personal restraint, imprisonment).
The Committee members upheld the bill.
